Shipping & Returns

We ship USPS. Please note that some orders are handmade and will be shipped once completed.

If your item is available and in stock, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping is available upon request, and must be placed by 2 PM EST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Overnight shipping placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

If you need your item in a hurry please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to ship immediately.

All shipments will include tracking info and you can request your tracking number by emailing us.

RETURNS POLICY

MOLLYMAYMUTTS will accept items purchased from MollyMayMutts.com for credit within 7 days of purchase.  All items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging.

Exchanges or returns are subject to shipping charges. Postage is not covered by Molly May Mutts, so please use the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we highly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to send us your return.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our items, we cannot guarantee we can repair/replace every piece made. For any questions regarding this please email mollymaymutts@gmail.com.
